Pam Birch, Principal

Pam Birch

Pam works with various companies and organizations such as Rasmuson Foundation, Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium, CTG, ENSTAR, Food Bank of Alaska, BP, Alyeska Pipeline Service Company, ConocoPhillips and ACS. Pam has provided clients with insight and quality deliverables for more than a decade. She complements her expertise in usability and process design with a background in public relations, which serves as an excellent segue into understanding the needs of our clients. Pam has also managed a team of technical communicators for a large international IT consulting firm, worked for a start-up during the dot-com era and is past president for the Alaska Chapter of the Society for Technical Communication. Annette Funk, Principal

Annette Funk

Annette works with a variety of companies and organizations, including Alaska Native corporations, ACS, State of Alaska, CTG, BP, and Alyeska Pipeline Service Company. Annette frequently identifies business process requirements, developing process models and related procedures to help companies run their business more effectively. Annette has a graduate degree in English from Clemson University in South Carolina and has taught university-level business writing and technical communication courses. She has also created curricula for and taught classes designed to improve business writing skills both for an IT consulting company and a large Native corporation.
